There was PRIOR damage to the hire vehicle’s wingmirror that was not pointed out to us when we picked it up. We informed the Sixt staff when we returned the vehicle.

Car had no wiper fluid and the check fluid light was on when I picked up the car. Had to drive the car without fluid.

Disappointed initially as did not have the car ready on arrival. This was completely overturned when I was offered an exceptional upgrade for the same price!! Result. Fantastic week-end was had by all. Thank you

1. Most friendly staff and most smooth rental pick up service we've experienced! 2. The offer included a second driver for free! Super good. Did not get the car model we booked (got Opel instead of Golf). Really missing the possibility to book a car with roof rails and roof racks!!!
