I liked the upgrade Did not like that I was not told to pick car up at a location other than the airport. Had to be shuttled to this location and that took over 1/2 hour! I was ready to grab a taxi. After turning car in I had to wait for a bus for 45 minutes. Would prefer a more convenient location.

Easy to pick up & drop off the car was nice in size & perfect ride for only 2 of us The car was not full in fuel it had 3/4 fuel so i returned the car the same 3/4 fuel & the a/c was not the best

Very courteous, new clean car, simplicity of obtaining the car. Liked the airport location because of open longer hours. No added stress as to time of closure.

All went well. Gps neccessary but expensive. Very good counter sraff ar each end. Cost of gps was neccessay but expensive
