Way too long to pick up the car. They need more service agents, especially since we have to list our pick up time. So they know how many people are checking in when. Also after we received our paperwork it was another 20 minutes before they brought our car around

The "upgrade" was to a gigantic SUV. I had booked a small car not to save money, but to have maneuverability in LA traffic. I was told I would have to wait for an hour or more to get a car in the class I booked.
