Great car Did not have the car i paid for. Had to send me over to another concourse to get my rental. Car was not in the parking spot. Ended up getting a car. Was inconvenient as it was past 10:00pm and we had to move all our luggage and 4 children under 4 all over the airport.

I liked the drop off procedure. It was really quick. I didn’t like that it took almost an hour waiting in line. We were about 14 in line and only two counters open.
